Available venue spaces
Williams Country Club has both indoor and outdoor venues available for your wedding. For the ceremony, cocktail hour, or tented reception, the outdoor event lawn may accommodate up to 200 guests. It’s bordered by well-kept gardens and has views of the nearby golf course. Ceremonies can also be conducted on The Pointe, which overlooks the Ohio River Valley.
Six event areas, ranging in size from 16 to 200 people, are available in the old stone clubhouse. The Ballroom, which has rustic wooden flooring and a moderate décor palette, can accommodate up to 120 people. If all four rooms are used for the reception, Williams Country Club can accommodate 200 people. Four apartments on the estate’s second floor are offered for pre- and post-wedding preparation. If the bridal party wants to stay the night prior, Crow’s Nest apartments may also be leased.
Williams Country Club provides a warm and friendly hospitality service as well as extensive planning support. A team will be on-site to assist you in carrying out your wedding plans and ensuring that your guests have a pleasant experience. Cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres, an open bar, cake cutting service, tables/chairs, linens, glasses, and silverware, and setup/cleanup service are all available at Williams Country Club.

Wedding coordinator vs wedding planner
The Williams Golf and Country Club offer an on-site event coordinator. It’s possible that you won’t be able to tell the difference between an event coordinator and a planner. You might believe that an event organizer can take care of all of your wedding preparation needs. Our team has worked in the wedding industry for decades and can assure you that this is not the case. It can be perplexing, but here’s how it works.
The bride and groom do not employ an event coordinator. Instead, he works for the venue, and he is in charge of ensuring that the event runs smoothly for the management. As a result, he will not pay attention to your requirements.
We’ve come to solve this issue. Weddings of Pittsburgh’s team will work for you and will always put your needs first. We can help you with every step of the wedding planning process, and we’ll be there to ensure that nothing is overlooked during your wedding ceremony.
