THE MANSFIELD: MONTH-OF WEDDING COORDINATION

Need some help in the month leading up to your big day? Our team is here for you with The MANSFIELD.

Whether you need personalized planning advice or someone to be there on-hand during your wedding weekend, this offer is the signature service tailored specifically for you.  Beginning at 4 weeks out and pulling it all together for a magical rehearsal and wedding day.  We are here to wave our magic wands and make things happen for you!

Month-Of Wedding Coordination:

  • Starts at 4 weeks from wedding date
  • Weekly check ins 30 min each (4 total)
  • Wedding rehearsal guidance (1 hour)
  • Create timeline and flow
  • Tipping distribution
  • Vendor point of contact
  • Set up, tear down, & clean up of personal items
  • Collaboration with venue, event or hotel coordinator
  • Guest liaison
  • Gift giving options
  • Assist with Favor options
  • Hotel room block assistance (this is set up once contract is signed and must go through us)

“Why Don’t You Do Day-Of Coordination?”

Because it sets both parties up for failure! And that is not our brand. 

We would never know you well enough to perform properly for you so we do not do it.  We offer Month of Services where we get a chance to know you, understand your vision, and exceed your expectations.

Unfortunately the term “day-of coordination” is highly deceptive because it sounds like it’s just one day of work when it’s really much more!

  • 15 hours of planning before wedding

  • 36 hours for 3 assistants on the day of the wedding
  • 3 hours of rehearsal & day before packing
  • 3 hours of unpacking & archiving wedding
  • When you include taxes & expenses event planners would be working for FREE
